Phone Services

You must be the bill payer or have the bill payers permission to call any numbers listed on this site and/ or pay for any services on this site.

The service is for over 18s only. 

Website Use

You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent.

You must not use our website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.

Refunds

We are sure you will love our readings and our readers are carefully selected on this site and you will almost always be pleased with the service they provide. However, if you fail to connect with a reader, then please end the call within the first 5 minutes and contact our office (Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm) via email psychicevents@mail.com within 48 hours of your call with a written statement of your experience.

We can then either offer you a reading with a different reader or a full refund. Please keep a note of the time, date, and readers name.

• Your reading must have been less than 5 minutes in duration.
• You must provide valid details of why you were dissatisfied with your reading.
• Refunds will only be paid once for each reader you didn't connect with.
• Calls that last more than 5 minutes before termination will only be entitled to the remaining minutes with another reader.
• This policy is subject to fair usage and we reserve the right to decline a refund or to give you another reading if we believe the request is not fair, genuine or valid.
• All requests must be made through our office via email psychicevents@mail.com and are subject to verification.
• Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the call being terminated.

TO SUBMIT A REFUND CLAIM you must give us the following in writing to psychicevents@mail.com

• Date and Time of the call.
• Length of the call.
• The name of the Reader you had a call with.
• The reason for the refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you have contacted I AM PSYCHIC UK LTD. on any advertised telephone service from a mobile device or via email you will automatically be entered to receive free promotions. To opt out please email psychicevents@mail.com during office hours (Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm) where we will be pleased to remove your mobile phone and email details from our database permanently.

Sometimes a psychic reader might not connect with one of their clients, so we offer a full refund to anyone who feels within the first 5 minutes of their reading they don’t seem to be able to establish a connection. In this instance we are more than happy to suggest to you a better reader that can connect to you. Be sure to reach out to psychicevents@mail.com.
